The Associate in Applied Science degree in Construction Technology at OSU-OKC prepares students for a career in the construction industry, working in the office as a member of the project management team or in the field overseeing work put in place. The curriculum meets the needs of the commercial and residential construction industry here within the state and allows a student to advance their career while working full-time.

Students that graduate from our program are employed through different career paths in the construction industry. A degree from OSU-OKC works within both the General Contractor and Subcontractor market segments.
Those interested in pursuing an associate’s degree in Construction Techniques are required to complete the two-year program. Graduates are given the tools to be productive members of the workforce.

All the coursework within the degree can be completed through a combination of day, night or online classes, allowing you to complete your degree while working.
In order to begin, you will need to apply for admission to the University and provide transcripts for all previous coursework. Your transcripts will be evaluated and equivalent courses will be given credit.
Courses are offered on a rotation but you can begin in any semester. Our courses are sequenced so that whichever semester you begin you will be able to complete the program in the shortest amount of time. We do offer classes in Fall, Spring, & Summer.
We offer an Associate of Applied Science, with an focus on Construction Management, the office side of a project and construction Techniques the field side of a project.
