The Construction Management Concentration is designed for those looking to move into the Construction Management career pathway within commercial/residential construction. With coursework selected to prove graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to oversee and manage construction projects to successful completion. Focusing on the effective management processes, technical knowledge and communication skills needed for the construction industry.

Construction Techniques Concentration

The Construction Techniques Concentration is designed for those looking to oversee commercial/residential construction project field activities. With coursework selected to prove graduates with the necessary skills and knowledge to oversee the day-to-day field operation, ensure work is in line with contract documents and manage a construction project to successful completion. Focusing on the systems and material, project scheduling and safety, student gain the ability to work in an ever-advancing industry.
